Creating memorial and custom keepsake pieces is an honor. Each item is approached with care, respect, and intention so your meaningful materials can be preserved beautifully.

Custom Order Process

1. Initial Consultation
   Message me with your idea, preferred colors, materials, personalization details, and any inspiration photos.

2. Design Collaboration
   We’ll finalize important details such as size, style, color palette, layout, materials, and personalization before creation begins.

3. Creation Timeline
   Custom pieces typically take 1–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design, curing time, material preparation, and current order volume.

4. Progress Updates
   For memorial keepsakes, I may provide optional progress updates for peace of mind during the creation process.

Memorial Keepsakes

I offer custom pieces that preserve meaningful elements such as dried flowers, cremation ashes, hair, fabric, or small personal inclusions.

Each piece is handled with care, dignity, and respect.

Sending Materials

If your piece requires you to send materials, detailed shipping instructions will be provided after purchase.

Please package items securely and label them clearly. Customers are responsible for shipping materials to me. Tracking and insurance are strongly recommended, especially for irreplaceable items.

Return shipping, if applicable, will be discussed in advance.

Important Notes

Due to the irreplaceable nature of memorial materials, all memorial and custom keepsake sales are final once materials are received or production has begun.

While every precaution is taken, Benney Creative Design is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping or for natural changes that may occur during the preservation process.

Some materials may react differently when preserved. Resin may deepen colors, create transparency, alter texture, or slightly change the appearance of flowers, fabric, paper, or other inclusions.

Design Changes & Cancellations

Design changes must be requested before creation begins. Once production has started, changes may not be possible.

Custom orders may not be canceled once materials have been received or the creation process has begun.

Artistic Interpretation

Each keepsake is handcrafted and unique. While I follow your vision closely, some artistic interpretation may be used to ensure the best possible final result.

Additional Keepsakes

When possible, additional keepsakes may be created from the same materials. This can be a meaningful option for family members or loved ones.
