How long does it take to create my item?

Each piece is handmade to order. You will receive updates throughout the process.

• Standard items: 5–7 business days

• Custom/Memorial pieces: 1–3 weeks (depending on complexity)

  • If you need your order faster, contact me to confirm timing and discuss priority mail cost.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options for your convenience.

Can I request custom colors or designs?

Absolutely! Most items can be customized with your preferred colors, themes, or materials.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade and often custom nature of my work, returns are limited.

However, I will always work with you to resolve any concerns.

How durable are your products?

All items are created using high-quality materials and sealed for durability.

Resin pieces are water-resistant but should be kept away from direct sunlight, extreme heat and harsh conditions.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your order ships, I will send a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress.

Are your items food safe?

Some items (like trays or drinkware accents) may use food-safe materials, but not all pieces are intended for direct food contact.

Please check individual listings or message me for clarification.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes! I offer gift-ready packaging and can include a personalized note. See the Gift-Ready Info page for option details.

Can I send my order directly to someone as a gift?

Yes — just enter the recipient’s shipping address and include your note.

No pricing information will be included in the package.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?

Yes! I love working on bulk, client gifts, and branded items.

Your satisfaction matters. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos, and I will make it right.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Due to the handmade nature of these items, each design is unique. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, especially with resin, alcohol ink, and acrylic pours.

The item you receive will be similar in color scheme and style but may differ slightly from the one pictured making your piece uniquely yours.

Will alcohol inks fade over time?

Alcohol inks are naturally sensitive to light and may fade over time, especially with prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.

To help preserve its vibrancy, each piece is carefully sealed with multiple layers of UV-protective coating. While this provides added protection, some fading may still occur over time if exposed to strong, direct light.

For best longevity, display your artwork in areas with indirect or ambient lighting. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or near bright windows to maintain the richness and depth of the colors.
