Resin Shot Glasses (Custom Order)

STEP 1:

[You] Simply complete the Custom Order Form to get started.

• Include your idea, preferred colors, and desired materials.

• Once the form is submitted, you will receive an email confirming receipt. Please reply with inspiration photos, if applicable.

Benney Creative Design will then:

• Review your submission. If there are any questions, you will be contacted via email for clarification.

• Develop the design.

• Send a Design & Quote Letter via email.

STEP 2:

[You] Review and Accept or Decline the Design and/or Quote

• If declined: Steps 1a–1c will be repeated.

Benney Creative Design will:

• Send a Custom Listing Invoice via email, when design/quote accepted.

STEP 3:

[You] Pay the Invoice  - Custom orders require full payment upfront before work begins. Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom orders are non-refundable once production has started. I will work closely with you during the design process to ensure you love your final piece.

Benney Creative Design will then:

• Send a Production Confirmation email confirming work has begun.

• Produce and ship your item.

• Send email confirming shipment and providing your tracking number once package shipped

• Made with food-safe resin

• Not dishwasher safe - HAND WASH ONLY to preserve the resin design

• For room temperature/cool (not frozen) beverages or decorative use.

• Not safe for hot liquids

⚠️ Disclaimer:  This item is made with food-safe resin.  It is intended for decorative use or can be used with room temperature or cool (not frozen) liquids once it is fully cured, which can take up to two weeks. It is not safe to use with hot liquids and is not dishwasher safe.

While I want you to love your piece, custom and memorial orders are non-refundable once materials are received or creation has begun due to the personalized and irreplaceable nature of these items.

Refunds or replacements may be considered in cases of damage, defects, or errors, but not for design preference differences once the item has been approved or created.
