Your one of a kind keepsake was handmade made with passion and will be carefully packaged in a protective bubble mailer and shipped with love from my art studio in the Queen Creek, Arizona, USA.

  • Ready-Made - Ready to ship within 1-2 business day.

  • Custom Ready-Made (i.e. custom color, shape, etc of ready-made item) - Ready to ship within 5-7 business days.

  • Custom Memorial Keepsakes typically take 1–3 weeks from the time of production depending on the complexity of the design, curing time, material preparation, and current order volume.

    • Production begins only after the design has been approved, payment received and all required materials have arrived.

    • Benney Creative Design will send a Production Confirmation email to confirm when production has begun.

      • Progress updates may be provided during production, particularly for memorial keepsakes. If requested, I am happy to provide updates at key milestones whenever possible.
